Does physical action = thought? What you do affects how you think.

Standard

Can physical movement be the result of micro forms of thought within our bodies? (interactions and communications at the cellular level).

what you do with your body affects your brain.

Perhaps we shouldn’t be surprised so much, what we do (with our body) affects what how we think (with our body). Our brain and our bodies are both part of the same, interconnected human body system acting as a feedback loop.

We think with our entire body

My personal take on this idea is that if thought affects action and action affects thought then the process of thinking is NOT limited to our brain. Our movements are part of our thought process.
