Innovation is at the core of some businesses (many of you might think of Apple, for example). But ideas are crucial to the survival of all businesses, not just the ‘Apple’ of the world… When you have ideas, there are no limits as to what your business can do, where it can get to.
As communication professionals, we play a key role in helping to collect, share and promote ideas throughout the organisation. Therefore, we should consider ourselves as important ‘agents of innovation’.
